Are you looking for a meaningful part-time job?
SiØ is looking for student friends and student coordinators!
We are now creating part-time jobs for students who will provide social services for other students. Be aware that you must be a student and have a D-number to be able to apply for the position.
SiØ is currently receiving a grant from the Ministry of Education and Research, as an extra corona measure in the academic year 2021.
Tasks - Student friends:
- Plan, make known, register in our activity calendar and arrange various get-to-know-you activities. Examples of activities: All types of outdoor activities, bonfires / barbecues, trips, guided tours on Campus, the surrounding area and in Fredrikstad or Halden, game tournaments, e-sports, quizzes, or anything you miss, or think is fun.
- You must be able to inform about the various welfare services available for students
- Collaboration with the student coordinators and SiØ.
- Simple documentation of completed activity (photo / description).
Tasks - Student Coordinators, Student Communities:
- Recruit to student volunteering and teams and associations; facilitate and help establish teams and associations
- Collaboration with the Student Societies and SiØ
- Plan, make known, register in the activity calendar and arrange various get-to-know-you activities in collaboration with student friends. Examples of activities: All types of outdoor activities, bonfires / barbecues, trips, guided tours on Campus, the surrounding area and in Fredrikstad or Halden center, game tournaments, e-sports, team games, quizzes, or anything you miss or think is fun.
- You must be able to inform about the various welfare services available for students
- Simple documentation of completed activity (photo / description).
You will be invited to a conversation / interview where you must present a proposal for an activity that you want to implement.
An equipment pool will be created for social activities.
Qualifications:
- Positive, gentle, and resourceful
- You must have good knowledge of student life, Campus Fredrikstad or Campus Halden
- Social, committed and have the ability to make people around you feel good
We offer:
- A meaningful part-time job where you can really make a difference

- About 4-8 hours per. week. Salary NOK 191, - per hour based on completed time sheets and simple documentation of completed activity
- Follow-up by SiØ's student life coordinatort, who informs and answers questions along the way
- Certificate of a job well done
