SiØ Advice & Health now offers guided self-help in these areas. You will have access to a digital programme that works on your mobile phone, tablet and PC. You will acquire more knowledge and learn practical skills, techniques and activities to improve your mental health. You will have regular chats with a student adviser familiar with the programme and who can talk about various subjects, techniques and activities with you.
