Free outdoor training for students at HiØ and FiV.
The training sessions will contain elements of endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and mobility. You primarily use your own body weight, but also simple equipment such as exercise bands, slings and nature's own elements. You work a lot in time intervals, and you do what you are capable of during the given time. Therefore, you will ALWAYS feel mastery at your own level!
We meet outside the training room of The Tower at Remmen every Monday at 4.15 pm.
We meet outside the training room at Bjølstad every Wednesday at 4.15 pm.
